What does Awesome Hire do?


Awesome Hire specialises in branded games, interactive entertainment, and experiential hire equipment for corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, parties, and fan zones. We provide everything from arcade machines, simulators, and sports inflatables to custom-branded photo booths and prize games.


Where do you operate?


We deliver across the UK, including major event hubs like London, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bristol, Sheffield, and Surrey. Nationwide delivery and multi-site bookings are also available.


What types of events do you cater to?


Our equipment is perfect for Corporate Events, Exhibition Game Hire, Fan Zone setups, Christmas Entertainment, Evening Entertainment, and brand activations. We also support team-building days, retail promotions, festivals, and university events.


What’s included with my hire?


We handle delivery, setup, and collection. Many items can be operated by our trained staff (wet hire), and others are available on a dry hire basis. Branding, technical support, and staffing options are available upon request.


Can you brand the games with our logo or campaign artwork?

How far in advance do I need to book?


We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for large events or custom-branded requests. However, we can often accommodate short notice bookings if the equipment is available.


What is your payment policy?


We require a non-refundable deposit (typically 25%) to secure your booking. The balance is due at least 7 days before the event. For larger campaigns or new clients, we may require 50% or full advance payment depending on the value or circumstances. See our full Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions for details.


What if I need to cancel?


We operate a strict no-refund policy once a booking is confirmed. Cancellation charges apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date. In exceptional cases beyond your control, we may offer to move the booking to a new date as a goodwill gesture.


What happens if Awesome Hire cancels?


This is extremely rare, but if we are forced to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a vehicle or equipment failure), we will issue a full refund. This does not apply to cancellations due to issues confirmed at booking, like insufficient space or incorrect surfaces.


Can I hire the equipment without staff?


Yes, many items are available for dry hire. In these cases, you are responsible for the safekeeping, proper use, and return of the equipment. Dry hire items are not covered by our insurance, so we recommend you have appropriate cover in place.


Is the equipment safe and insured?


All our equipment is maintained to a high standard and tested regularly. For wet hire events, we hold full public liability insurance. For dry hire, you must arrange your own insurance. Risk assessments and safety documents can be provided on request.


Do you offer package deals or multi-item hire discounts?
